What website platforms do you work with?

I have worked with Wix Studio, Squarespace, WordPress (Elementor & Beaver Builder), & Church Plant Media. If your preferred platform is not listed, I encourage you to reach out, I am open to learning new platforms and making sure the platform you choose is the best for your church or business!

I don't have a website yet, can you help me choose a platform?

Absolutely! Part of our discovery process includes talking through what platform makes sense for your goals, budget, and how much you'll want to manage the site yourself after launch.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary by package. Logo and brand identity projects typically run 6-8 weeks, website redesigns 4-6 weeks, and full brand + website projects 10-12 weeks. Your specific timeline will be laid out in your contract.

How many revisions do I get?

This will depend on your package, you can see each package's details at the top of this page. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included can be added for an extra fee.

What type of files will I receive?

You will receive a range of design files including SVG, PDF, and PNG. If there are additional files that you need, just ask!

Do you offer retainer packages for website upkeep?

Absolutely! I offer monthly retainer pricing for website maintenance and updates. If this is something you are interested in, indicate it on your contact form and we can discuss pricing further!

Do I need to provide anything to get started?

Yes, after your discovery call, you'll receive an Asset Timeline outlining exactly what I need from you (photos, copy, logins, brand preferences, etc.) and when it's due, so I can keep your project moving on schedule.

Yes! I would love to help with all your design needs. From posters to business cards to signage, I am happy to put together a custom graphics design package to fit your needs.

What is your payment process?

A deposit is due at the contract signing to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. I accept PayPal, Wix Payments, Zelle, Venmo, and check.

Do you only work with churches and ministries?

Churches and ministries are a big part of what I do, but I also work with other businesses looking for the same thoughtful, understated approach to their brand and website.

Will I own my logo and website once the project is done?

Yes, once the project is complete and final payment is received, you own the final deliverables and design files.

Yes, each website package includes a period of post-launch support to make sure your site is running smoothly, including checking all links, search bars, stores and blogs. Plus I offer a training session so you feel confident managing your site going forward.
